A tremendous amount of planning and work goes into preparing the Ortona Dinner every year. Ortona Dinner 2005 (Phil Edge)

The seating is arranged in a large square very similar to the dinner held Christmas Day 1943 in Ortona Italy by members of the Seaforth Highlanders, PPCLI and Loyal Eddies.  (Phil Edge)

The meal is enjoyed and much is learned about that fateful dinner more than a half century earlier.  (Phil Edge)

The cadets wear combats just as the soldiers wore battledress. (Phil Edge)
