History -

This Corps was formed 7 May 1910 as The Collegiate Cadet Company. affil.: King's Canadian Hussars (Armoured Car). On 15 Oct 42, it was known as The Kings Collegiate School Cadet Corps. affil.: 2nd (R) Bn West Nova Scotia Regt Oct 15, 1942. affil.: 47th Anti-Tank Regt RCA, Dec 10, 1947. Effective 3 May 48 it was redesignated as the Kings College School Cadet Corps. affil.: 88th Field Bty, 14th Field Regt RCA, Jan 1, 1955. On 12 Apr 60, the affiliated unit changed to 14th Fd Arty Regt and eff 1 Jan 61 affiliation changed again to Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) of Canada. Eff 1 Sep 83 the sponsor changed to King's Edgehill School Board of Governors and designation to King's Edgehill School Cadet Corps. H.Q.12-W-7
