A Word from the Commanding Officer:
Welcome cadets and staff to the Connaught National Army Cadet Training Centre for 2012. Our staff have prepared an exciting and safe training program for us to accomplish this summer. Our main goal this summer is to take care of people while empowering our subordinates through mentoring, trust and communication by setting a positive example for all. With proper self-development in the teaching of values such as fair play, teamwork and tolerance, I am sure that everyone will have a rewarding and worthy experience at Connaught. Our Motto is "intende directe" which means "shoot straight", this not only applies to marksmanship it also applies to the transition from cadet to adulthood while preparing them for our modern day Canadian society. All the best to our cadets and staff!Lieutenant-Colonel R.B. Barrette, CDCommanding OfficerConnaught NACSTC
