Canadian Grenadier Guards

Executive Director of the Army Cadet League of Canada

A few days ago we lost a great friend and Guardsman of the Canadian Grenadier Guards, its associations, the Regular Army and the Army Cadet League of Canada where Terry was the Executive Director, he also served as the Officer Commanding  Guards Cadet Company, The Governor General Foot Guards Cadet Corps, Cameron Highlanders of Ottawa Cadet Corps  and the Sea Cadet Corps RCSCC ‘Cossack’ in Deux Montagnes Québec.  Terry was in no uncertain term a very passionate believer to these and many other organizations throughout an amazing career.

After a very brief battle, Terry was diagnosed in May with a rare form of an aggressive cancer.  He leaves to mourn his loving partner Sandra (Clark), her two children Stephanie and Victoria, his children Shannon (Don Leverette) and Llyam, his grandchildren Gabrielle and Tegan, as well as many family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday July 9, 2016 at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 185, 141 du Grand Moulin, Deux-Montagnes. J7R 3C8. Condolences at 13h00, followed by service at 14h00 and a small reception at the legion branch.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Army Cadet League of Canada, 66 Lisgar St., Ottawa, ON K2P 0C1. A scholarship for cadets will be set up in Terry’s memory.
