Can-Am Retreat 2 Apr 1975

This tri-service multi corps parade was held in Ft. Lewis Washington and helped initiate the very successful exchange program between USMC Jr ROTC cadet program specifically in Snohomish Washington and the Army Cadet program in BC. The American cadets would send 6-10 cadets each summer to Vernon Army Cadet Camp from 1977-1991. In exchange, lower mainland corps would travel to Ft.Lewis, Washington or Camp Pendleton, California and train with their American counterparts.
